1. Introduction and Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Onemore Games concerning your access to and use of our website, games, and related services.
By accessing our content, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the website, all games, and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Onemore Games.
No part of our games or our Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
3. User Conduct and Rules of Play
We build challenging, uncompromising roguelike experiences. While we expect our players to "Dive In, Die, and Play Again," we maintain strict standards for how users interact with our digital infrastructure and community.
- Do not engage in unauthorized scraping, data mining, or extraction of our game assets.
- Do not circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of our software.
- Do not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our software.
- Respect our community spaces; harassment, toxic behavior, or abusive conduct toward developers or fellow players will result in access revocation.
4. User-Generated Content & Fan Art
We love our community and actively encourage streams, videos, wikis, and fan art. You may monetize video recordings of our games (such as Twitch streams or YouTube videos) through standard ad networks and partner programs.
However, you may not sell standalone fan art, merchandise, or unauthorized expansion content based on our intellectual property without establishing a separate commercial licensing agreement with the studio.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our games are notoriously difficult by design. In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our software—including but not limited to lost data, hardware damage from frustration, or loss of progress.
Our software is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You agree that your use of our services will be at your sole risk.
